wordimagemedia policies

wordimagemedia is a work-for-hire graphic design studio. Agreement for logo usage, rights to photographs and designs are based on the best practices recommended by the Graphic Artist Guild and AIGA, and will be clearly agreed upon between client and WIM before the onset of the job.

Payment is usually made in three parts; when requesting a design or proposal, an initial depost of 1/3 - 1/2 of estimate total is required. The estimate and/or contract will clearly state the parameters of the project.

Initial phone consultations and estimates are free of charge. Additional meetings and appointments are typically made for a minimum of an hour. Please be courteous and contact WIM if an an appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled. If meetings are repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled, a further deposit or payment will be necessary to continue the project.
